This journey, which started with the determination of a person, has turned into a brand that employs dozens of people in its own production facility and sends products to the country and abroad.
It all started with the desire of Duran Yılmaz, who became aware of the carob trees growing in the land where he was born, to tell people about the true value of this plant. At that time, the possibilities were quite limited: a small workshop, a team of a few people and a production process carried out by hand. However, the belief was strong. In the first years, the products produced began to find buyers in local markets and surrounding districts; every sale, every return showed once again that this path was the right one. Over time, the increasing demand changed not only the amount of production but also how the work was done. As the experience increased, quality standards increased and the product variety expanded. This small but determined beginning would form the basis of a much larger story in the following years.
Our Founding Purpose and Goals
When we started this business, our aim was not only to sell a product, but also to convey the value of the land we were born in to people. The point we have reached today has been the best response to our belief on that first day. In the intervening 15 years, our production, employment and sales have increased steadily every year. Today, we continue to grow by exporting the natural carob products we produce in our modern facility to different countries of the world, as well as delivering them to domestic tables.
Behind this growth is an experienced team that meticulously monitors every stage of carob, from harvesting to packaging. We strictly supervise every step, from hygiene standards to quality control processes, and we do not compromise on naturalness in every product we produce. At the point we have reached today, our goal has never changed: to bring the unique value of carob to more tables and more countries.
