Application Methods Regarding the Processing of Personal Data
You can submit your applications regarding the rights you have under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") regarding the processing of your personal data by CAROB TÜRKİYE by one of the following methods.
1. Application Form to the Data Controller

After downloading the form and filling in the required information, you can send it to us by one of the methods below.

2. Applying via Email
You can send your application to the e-mail address below with information suitable for verifying your identity.

3. Written Application
You can submit your application to the address below in person or through a notary public with a petition with the phrase "Information Request within the Scope of the Personal Data Protection Law".

When Applying
Including the following information in your application as much as possible will help your request to be evaluated faster and healthier:
- Your first and last name
- Your contact information
- The subject of your request
- Your explanations for your request
- Information and documents supporting your request, if any
- The method by which you want the response to be delivered to you
If the application is made on behalf of someone else, it may be necessary to submit documents showing the authority of the applicant.
Finalization of Applications
Your applications are evaluated and finalized within the framework of the procedures and periods stipulated in the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the relevant legislation.
If the application requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged within the scope of the conditions stipulated in the relevant legislation.
