Carob Kibble (Granular) – Production and Supply Process

Carob Crack (Granule) is a raw material obtained by crushing ripe and dried carob fruits into large and small pieces through controlled mechanical processes. After the crushing process, the product is sieved and classified according to particle sizes, cleaned of impurities and subjected to quality control processes. The resulting product can be prepared in different granule sizes according to the intended use and customer specifications and packaged for industrial and wholesale use.

  • Preparation of selected and dried carob fruits
  • Controlled mechanical crushing and granulation
  • Screening and classification according to granule sizes
  • Separation of foreign matter and quality control
  • Determination of granule size according to product specifications
  • Filling in 25 kg kraft sacks and suitable B2B packaging
  • Palletizing and controlled storage
  • Preparation of wholesale orders and export shipment

In the first stage of the production process, healthy and dried carob fruits of appropriate ripeness are selected. The fruits are physically checked before the process and separated from foreign substances, unsuitable parts and elements that may affect production quality. The aim is to ensure that the raw material to be crushed has as homogeneous and controlled a structure as possible.

The prepared carob fruits are passed through mechanical crushing systems and broken into smaller pieces. At this stage, a controlled crushing process is applied to obtain the desired particle size without damaging the structure of the product. As a result, instead of flour or fine powder, large and irregular pieces of carob are obtained, which largely preserve their natural structure. The granule size of the product can be determined according to the customer's intended use and technical specifications.

The product coming out of the crushing process is passed through screening and classification systems. Thanks to this process, pieces of different sizes are separated from each other and the product has a more controlled granule distribution. Very fine pieces and unwanted fractions are separated to ensure compliance with the product standard requested by the customer. One of the most important features of the broken product is that the granule size can be defined according to the customer specification.

The sieved carob kibble is passed through the final quality control stage. The physical appearance, color structure, particle distribution and foreign matter control of the product are evaluated. When necessary, the product is screened or sorted again to increase the homogeneity in the batch. This stage is especially important in food, feed, extraction and other industrial raw material applications to offer a consistent product to the customer.

The carob crumb, whose quality control is completed, is filled into packages suitable for wholesale and industrial use. Packaging options such as 25 kg kraft paper sacks can be used for B2B demands. Packaging method of the product; It can be determined according to customer demand, transportation conditions and the requirements of the target market. Packaged products are prepared for shipment with batch information and necessary product descriptions.

The filled sacks are stacked in a controlled manner and placed on pallets. In the storage process of the products, clean, dry and suitable areas are preferred. It is aimed to keep the product in a suitable condition until shipment by ensuring that the sacks do not come into direct contact with the ground and are protected against physical damage.

In the final stage, the product is prepared for shipment by checking the order quantity, packaging type and customer specifications. Carob Crushed (Granular) can be prepared in accordance with wholesale, industrial and export orders. It is loaded with pallets or different bulk packaging options according to customer demand and made ready for international shipment.
